We Take Care of our Teachers
It is a fact that quality programs require highly motivated, happy teachers and it is our mission to ensure our teachers are just that.
We believe it starts with the Owner, Director and Leadership team having a great attitude, understanding the needs of teachers and taking care of their team. We believe it is the leaders role to serve the teachers so they can serve the kids, not the other way around. We maintain high expectations of our teachers, but we also maintain high expectations of our selves in everything from communication to follow-through to how we take care of each other.

TEACHER THINK TANK
We believe that if we work together we can figure out the best way to move forward!
Nothing is perfect, but it is our goal to constantly improve and we need our Teachers expertise to do that. Our Teacher Think Tanks are done at least Quarterly and are optional to attend. Our Teachers will have the opportunity to sit down with the Owner and Director to engage in a conversation give suggestions, solve problems, create, plan, and collaborate ultimately making Kiddos a great place to work for our Teacher and a great place for our kiddos to grow!
