We Take Care of our Teachers

It is a fact that quality programs require highly motivated, happy teachers and it is our mission to ensure our teachers are just that.

We believe it starts with the Owner, Director and Leadership team having a great attitude, understanding the needs of teachers and taking care of their team. We believe it is the leaders role to serve the teachers so they can serve the kids, not the other way around. We maintain high expectations of our teachers, but we also maintain high expectations of our selves in everything from communication to follow-through to how we take care of each other.

Adaptable: "The most successful people are those who accept and adapt to change.” We must remain flexible & expect change. Seek out and take in information like a sponge.

Humble: A Humble person is more concern about what is right, then being right.” Showing Humility is being Self Aware and Self Critical. Have Self Confidence, not arrogance.

Kind: “Let there be kindness in your face, in your eyes, in your smile, in the warmth of your greeting … Don’t only give your care but give your heart as well.” ~ Mother Teresa. At Kiddos we ask you to be INTENTIONALLY Kind. This means do not be selfish at the detriment of others the kids or your team.

Responsible The price of greatness is responsibility.” ~ Winston Churchill. Being accountable for one's actions, thus knowing you are the cause and solution for your own actions. Treat others fairly, be trustworthy, and honor your commitments consistently

Remarkable: The Kiddos Way requires Going Above & Beyond, High Energy and Hard Work. This requires we do remarkable good each day. At Kiddos we ask you to be Remarkably helpful, Remarkable resourceful, Remarkably effective



We believe that if we work together we can figure out the best way to move forward!

Nothing is perfect, but it is our goal to constantly improve and we need our Teachers expertise to do that. Our Teacher Think Tanks are done at least Quarterly and are optional to attend. Our Teachers will have the opportunity to sit down with the Owner and Director to engage in a conversation, give suggestions, solve problems, create, plan, and collaborate ultimately making Kiddos a great place to work for our Teacher and a great place for our kiddos to grow!
